When a piece needs fixing

Sometimes a panel arrives scratched or a screw goes missing behind the sofa. Here is the quickest way to put things right.

Missing or damaged parts

Open the order page in the store where you bought the piece and choose the option for a problem with the item. Describe the part and add a photo; the store arranges a replacement or a return.

Changing your mind

Returns follow the policy of the store you ordered from. Keep the original box until your child has played with the piece for a few days, it makes any return much easier.

Our tip before you return

• Check the instruction sheet: panels are labelled with letters on the back
• Tighten cam locks a quarter turn, not more
• Wipe painted surfaces with a dry cloth only
