When you choose a piece, the order is placed with the partner store linked on its page. That store packs and ships the box, gives you the delivery estimate and the tracking number, and shows the final price at checkout.
What arrives
- A flat box for wooden pieces, with panels wrapped and hardware in a labelled bag
- A folded frame for strollers, ready to open and click into place
- Printed step-by-step instructions in every box
When the box is big
Our largest nursery center weighs more than 40 pounds in its box. Ask someone to help carry it inside and open it near the room where it will live.
Tracking a parcel
Tracking lives in the account you placed the order with. If a parcel seems stuck, the help team there can ask the carrier to look for it.
